Quality Policy

We have 6 stages quality check chain starting from raw material to final finished good. Our emphasis is in total quality management systems to ensure quality at every stage of the process. Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company we meet all the specifications specified by “QA TECHNIC” which are high and stringent in standards.

First Quality Check

Spectro Analysis is done for all the raw material we purchase.

Second Quality Check

After melting the raw material we do the Spectro Analysis again at casting stage. On the basis of the analysis report we mix the required chemicals to gain control on alloy mix until the desired quality of alloy is produced.

Third Quality Check

Dies are scrutinized to check the tolerance is as per required specifications before loading them on machine.

Fourth Quality Check

At handling table first we make sure the temperature of the billet is as required using laser temperature gun. Using vernier calipers and scale we re-check the dimensions of the profile extruded to make sure it is within the range of tolerance and lastly the profiles are thoroughly examined by manual inspection for quality and length size before putting them in to the ageing oven.

Fifth Quality Check

After ageing the profile, Using Webster Hardness tester we check for profile hardness and also tested for all other mechanical properties.

Sixth Quality Check

Finally before packing the product, manual inspection of each profile is done thoroughly to make sure required quality standards are maintained.
